Social media plays an important role in how young girls access, interpret, and utilize online resources for dietary practices, food choices and nutritional awareness. This study explores the influence of digital tools, including mobile apps, websites, social media, and media influencers, on meal planning and food-related decisions among young girls. The study uses purposive sampling, and the sample of the study is 70 girls, between the age group of 15 to 22 years old. Using a mixed-method approach involving semi-structured interviews and a Google Forms questionnaire, the research highlights the patterns, challenges, and opportunities, young girls face in integrating social media into their nutritional habits. Results underline the need for reliable, accessible resources to enhance healthy eating practices, authentic and reliable information.
