Effect of different types of yogic practices on lifestyle

Abstract:

This study aims to explore the effect of different types of yogic practices on various aspects of lifestyle, including physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life. With the growing popularity of yoga worldwide, its diverse practices, such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Pranayama, are increasingly being incorporated into daily routines. This research analyzes the impacts of these practices on lifestyle indicators such as stress levels, sleep quality, physical fitness, and emotional health. Data was collected from 120 participants engaged in different forms of yoga, and the results show significant improvements in various lifestyle parameters, particularly in reducing stress and enhancing physical fitness.
