Sports participation has been recognized as a crucial factor in shaping an individual's socio-psychological well-being. This study aims to assess the impact of sports participation on socio-psychological variables such as self-esteem, stress management, social skills, and academic performance among school-level national sportspersons. A sample of 200 students, including 100 school-level national sportspersons and 100 non-sportspersons, was assessed using standardized psychological and academic performance measurement tools. The results of descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including ANOVA and t-tests, indicated significant positive outcomes for sportspersons. The study emphasizes the need to promote structured sports programs in schools to foster holistic development.
