This study aimed to examine the anthropometric and physical characteristics of university-level volleyball players in Madhya Pradesh, focusing on different playing positions. Volleyball requires a combination of strength, agility, flexibility, and coordination, with different positions requiring different physical attributes. This research analyses the relationship between anthropometric measurements (height, weight, body fat percentage, etc.) and physical performance indicators (vertical jump, speed, endurance) across various positions on the volleyball team. The study involved data collection from 100 university volleyball players, representing different playing positions. Statistical methods, including t-tests and correlation analysis, were used to assess the data. The results provide insights into the characteristics that make players successful in specific volleyball roles.
