This research explores the role of international organizations in managing migration from the Northern Triangle of Central America (NTCA), comprising El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. The study investigates how economic deprivation, violence, climate change, and weak governance drive migration flows. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research examines policy interventions by organizations such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Data from international reports and case studies illustrate the effectiveness of development aid and migration policies. Findings reveal that while international organizations provide crucial humanitarian assistance and policy frameworks, systemic challenges like corruption and economic instability hinder long-term solutions. The study concludes that a holistic, multi-stakeholder approach integrating economic development, governance reform, and regional cooperation is essential for sustainable migration management. This paper examines the root causes of migration, evaluates the effectiveness of development aid, and analyzes the role of international organizations in migration management. By integrating data and case studies, it provides evidence-based policy recommendations for sustainable migration management, emphasizing the role of international organizations in addressing systemic challenges and promoting authentic development.
