Parenting children with sensory impairments, such as visual and hearing disabilities, presents unique challenges. This study explores the impact of resilience, optimism, and socio-economic status (SES) on the coping mechanisms of parents raising visually and hearing-impaired children. Data collected from a diverse cohort of parents revealed significant correlations between these factors and their ability to adapt to the demands of caregiving. The findings underscore the importance of fostering resilience and optimism while addressing socio-economic disparities to enhance parental coping strategies.
